Weekly on Mondays & Thursdays

Time: 10.30am - 12pm

Hatha yoga involves a series of physical poses which are combined with breathing exercises aimed to enhance flexibility, strength and balance, as well as promote relaxation and reduce stress.

All equipment provided

Cost: £12 per class

Tuesday 10am via Zoom
Friday 10am via Zoom

Tips for Online Yoga:
* Choose a quiet, clutter-free area where you can comfortably practice yoga without distractions.
* Roll out your yoga mat and gather any props you might need (blocks, straps, bolster, etc.) You can even use a towel instead of a yoga mat, dressing gown cord instead of a strap and books insetad of blocks.
*Ensure you have a stable internet connection and a device (computer, tablet, smartphone) with a screen large enough to follow along with the class.

We will then send you a unique Zoom link to join the class.

1:1 Sessions

If you are looking for a more tailored and focused practice, we offer 1:1 sessions online or in the beautiful surroundings of Bude Yoga & Therapy Space.

With all equipment provided, the focus is on you - accommodating your individual needs, goals and abilities, and creating a space to enhance your well-being through yoga.

The Village Yoga was founded by Natasha Harding - RYT 200hr Yoga Alliance teacher - and author of From Bump to Baby and YogaMamma.

Natasha is committed to making yoga fun and accessible for all ages and abilities and is a regular contributor to magazines and newspapers on a varied range of wellness and health topics.

Specialising in Hatha yoga for adults, pre & post natal yoga, dealing with back issues, one to one yoga classes and workshops.

The focus of each class is to improve strength and flexibility and to learn simple relaxation techniques. All levels are welcomed to each session and will be adapted accordingly.
