Yoga & Journaling Workshop

During this workshop, you will have the opportunity to explore the powerful connection between your mind and body.
Starting with a morning session of transformative yoga, you will be guided by Natasha Harding, 200RYT Yoga Alliance Teacher, to discover new techniques to release tension and stored emotion through the hips and cultivate inner strength.
In addition, we will also delve into a guided reflective journaling session run Poppy Wonnacott, a qualified Life Coach. Through various writing exercises, we’ll focus on releasing the winter months, gaining insight into your thoughts and emotions and fostering self-reflection and personal growth going forward into the Spring.

About Us
Natasha Harding
Natasha has been teaching yoga since 2006 and is commited to making yoga fun and accessible for all ages and abilities. She has published two yoga books and is a regular contributor to magazines and newspapers on a varied range of wellness and health topics.
Fiona Parker-Cole, PhD
Fiona specialises in midlife mindset and styling. She is a Health Behaviour Psychologist, using techniques such as Emotional Freedom Technique to tackle self-limiting beliefs and fears, transforming midlife into an empowering experience.
Each retreat consists of gentle, restorative yoga, a mindset meditation, body-release therapy and emotional freedom techniques.
The aim of each day is that every person leaves feeling refreshed and revitalised with new insights.
