Baby Yoga

Taking up baby yoga with your little one might be the best thing you ever do as a new parent – and there are many benefits of attending sessions with your little one.

 

Baby yoga benefits

Promotes longer and deeper sleep

Helps balance, coordination and motor skills

Aids digestion and may help with colic

Strengthens baby’s body and develops reflexes

Improves learning and social development

Encourages bonding and quiet time together

But most of all it’s a lot of fun!

Postnatal Poses

Parents are also catered for and will enjoy some yoga poses suitable for the postnatal period. Your baby will lie beside you while you practice your down dog, bridge poses and squats.

It’s a great way to meet other new parents and for your little one to find some of their first friends.

Classes are booked in six weeks blocks and the first one is free.
