RELAXATION AND MEDITATION EVENINGS

 In our everyday world relaxing the body and mind can we a challenge for most of us.  These relaxation and meditation evenings will be useful for anyone who just wants to 'chill'. 

                               

The evenings will be held at my private yoga room and will include restorative yoga poses, breath-work, visualisation and meditation.

They are suitable for all levels with the focus being every person leaving feeling and looking great.

Relaxation evenings start again in January 2012 and will continue every month on a Friday.
