Babies can benefit enormously from yoga. Natasha is a qualified Post-Natal yoga teacher and has also gained a baby yoga certificate, so you can be safe in the knowledge that this class is appropriate for you and your little one.
A typical baby yoga class will consist of gentle stretches for tots, lots of singing and movement, asanas suitable for new mothers and a short relaxation at the end.
Natasha includes postures that can help with colic, teething and other issues associated with being a newborn.
This class is a wonderful time to bond with your baby. Classes are suitable for babies from six weeks old (earlier if you've been coming to Natasha's pregnancy yoga class) until they are on the move. The earlier you begin with your child the longer you will find they - and therefore you enjoy the class.
